17 Feb Identity as a Service – Infinigate expands its MSP portfolio with Entrust
Protect Identity Access as a Service: Infinigate continues to expand its managed security solution offering, deepening its collaboration with Entrust, a leading provider of trusted identities and data protection. The MSP-enabled identity and Access management of the security manufacturer can be acquired through many European branches of the Value Add-Distributor (VAD). In addition to central invoice processing, Infinigate offers comprehensive sales and technical support.
The Security-VAD has good reasons for this portfolio expansion. “We’re seeing a significant increase in demand for authentication and identity management,” explains Lewis Dick, Business Unit Leader at Infinigate UK. “This has been identified in conversations with our partners and backed up by industry reports as a trend for 2021 and beyond. Up to 70 percent of MSSPs see this as their most important challenge. Key factors in this include GDPR and compliancy as well as the shift to remote working. I’m delighted that we have added Entrust’s strong IDaaS solution into our MSP portfolio, allowing our partners to extend their security offering with a centralise platform, delivering adaptive multi-factor authentication and single sign-on. Supported by Infinigate’s managed security team and with billing integrated into Infinigate’s MSP portal.”
“The Europe-wide expansion of our partnership with Entrust is a real win,” adds Patric Berger, Vice President Sales MSP & Major Accounts at Infinigate Group. “Together with our partners, we can now better meet the high demands of the MSP market in the area of authentication and digital identity protection. This supports our strategy to build a high-quality managed security solution offering in all regions, which we enrich with targeted MSP services for our partners.”
“By working with Infinigate, we can further expand our presence in Europe and provide our customers with advanced security solutions that they can rely on at all times,” said Kieran Hernon, Regional Vice President, Digital Identity Sales EMEA at Entrust. “By expanding our partnership, we combine Infinigate’s regional expertise and industry experience with Entrust’s leading products and services to ensure that end customers get the best possible solution for them.”
